What type of plastic are the products made from?
All of our products are made from PLA, or Polylactic Acid. The PLA is heated to a high temperature, before being applied to a heat bed via an extruder, when the PLA cools, it hardens causing the form to solidify.

Are your products waterproof?
PLA is Water Resistant, this means that it can withstand being submerged in water, however depending on the circumstances of the water such as temperature of acidity level, the PLA may begin to deform. Basically, yes it can withstand water, but it will only serve it's purpose to a limit.
When will you restock your colors?
A replacement filament spool is generally ordered before the original filament runs out. In cases where this does not happen, generally within 2 to 3 business days the filament will be restocked.
